Our extra virgin olive oil

is produced at Taxiarhes (Brigadiers) Village.

Its name is inspired both by the place of

production and by the Spanish term

"Brigada", that refers to the hierarchy system

of chefs in the kitchen. It is ideal for an

ambitious amateur cook as well as for

a passionate professional chef.

Absolutely balanced between bitter and spicy

with   an intense fruity aroma.
