Our extra virgin olive oil is produced at Taxiarches (Brigadiers) Village. Its name is inspired both by the place of production and by the Spanish term “Brigada”, that refers to the hierarchy system of chefs in the kitchen. The logo and bottle design feature a chef, with a wooden lid that serves as his hat. The olive oil from the Brigada line is crafted from the esteemed Koroneiki variety, renowned for its exceptional quality and rich flavor. It is ideal for an ambitious amateur cook as well as for a passionate professional chef.

Black Label is an ambitious project by Brigada and Oliverse, in order to raise awareness of Mavrolia’s unique taste and aroma! Mavrolia is a rare olive variety, indigenous to Nestors ancient kingdom. It has been cultivated in the area surrounding his palace ever since.

Freshly cut mandarins (aka tangerines), lemons or limes and mint are co-pressed with Koroneiki variety olives to create these flavored olive oils. This simultaneous milling process produces a naturally infused olive oil that retains its original characteristics while capturing the distinct aroma and flavor of each fruit.
