While many things around us change, some values stay the same and even become stronger over time. One example of this is our ecological olive mill 'Psarros,' which has been operating in Taxiarches, Zacharo since 1983.

 

We are a family business founded with love and passion by the late Antonis Psarros. After Antonis, the olive mill was passed on to Miltiadis and Antonia, who managed it with dedication and care. Today, the legacy continues with Giannis, who is now at the helm, ensuring that our values and traditions thrive.

 

In recent years, we have proudly introduced two brands: BRIGADA and ANEMELIA.
