Freshly cut lemons are co-pressed with Koroneiki variety olives to create this citrus & olive oil condiment. Simultaneous milling results a naturally infused olive oil that maintains its original characteristics but also has a very distinct aroma and flavor of lemons.

It is wonderful as a salad dressing on its own and complements poultry or pork. It is also the perfect pairing for any kind of grilled fish!
