Freshly cut mandarins (a.k.a. tangerines) are co-pressed with Koroneiki variety olives to create this citrus &olive oil condiment. Simultaneous milling results a naturally infused olive oil that maintains its original characteristics but also has a very distinct aroma and flavor of mandarins.
