The name Brigada is inspired both by the location of our olive groves and olive mill (Taxiarhes / Brigadiers village) but also by the Spanish term "Brigada", that refers to the hierarchy system of chefs in the kitchen. Mavrolia is a rare olive variety, indigenous to Nestor's ancient kingdom. It has been cultivated in the area surrounding his palace ever since. "Black Label" is an ambitious project by Oliverse and Brigada, in order to raise awareness of Mavrolia's unique taste and aroma!
